Terms of Service for Nuttall's Sewing Centers

Welcome to Nuttall's Sewing Centers. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website nuttalls.com (the "Site"), including browsing, purchases of sewing machines, longarm quilters, furniture, cabinets, notions, threads, classes, and related services. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Use of the Site

You must be 18+ to purchase. We grant a limited, non-exclusive license to access the Site for personal, non-commercial use. Prohibited: unauthorized copying, scraping, or commercial exploitation. We reserve the right to suspend accounts for violations.

2. Products and Pricing

All products (e.g., Janome machines, Arrow Sewing furniture) displayed are subject to availability.

Prices exclude tax/shipping/freight; final at checkout. Promos (e.g., monthly brand deals) apply as shown—no price matching.

Heavy items (machines >50lbs) require customer-arranged freight; local Utah pickup free at Pleasant Grove/Layton stores.

3. Orders and Payment

Orders are offers to purchase; we confirm acceptance via email. Secure payments via credit cards, Shop Pay. All sales final except per refund policy (linked below).

4. Shipping and Delivery

Notions/threads: USPS 3-7 days.

Machines/cabinets: Freight 7-14 days (customer schedules); signature required.

Delays due to carrier/stock not refundable. Risk of loss passes on delivery.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Warranty

Notions/threads: 30 days unopened.

Machines/furniture: 3 days inspection (10-20% restock fee if opened).
Factory warranties apply (1-25 years); we provide authorized repairs.

6. Services and Classes

In-person/online classes: No refunds within 7 days; materials non-refundable. Liability limited to class fee.

7. Limitation of Liability

Products sold as-is. No consequential damages. Max liability: purchase price. Not liable for user content or third-party sites.

8. Governing Law

Utah law applies; venue in Utah, Davis, and Salt Lake County courts. Disputes via arbitration if over $10k.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update Terms; continued use constitutes acceptance. Check footer link regularly.
